Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickLauncher mobile application (hereinafter "the Application"). By using our Application, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Application.

QuickLauncher is an application launcher that allows users to quickly access and organize the applications installed on their device. The application is available in two modalities:

The Application and all its content, features, and functionalities (including, but not limited to, information, software, text, images, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Walo de Cole and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Application on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Details

The premium subscription is an optional service that provides access to additional features and removes advertisements from the Application.

4.2 Using the Application without Subscription

The premium subscription is completely optional. You can continue to use all the main functionalities of the Application for free without needing to subscribe. The free version includes limited advertisements that help maintain the development of the Application.

4.3 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account you used to subscribe.
  3. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
  4. Select "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions".
  5. Find the QuickLauncher subscription and select it.
  6. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the instructions.

Important note: When you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use premium benefits until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but we will not process refunds for unused partial periods.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be handled directly through Google Play, following their policies and procedures. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon > "Payments & subscriptions" > "Order history".
  3. Find the QuickLauncher purchase and select "Request refund".
  4. Follow the instructions provided by Google Play.

Please note that Google Play has specific policies about when a refund can be granted, and these decisions are beyond our control.

4.5 Purpose of Subscription

Revenue generated from premium subscriptions is used to:

Your support through the premium subscription is fundamental to the long-term sustainability of QuickLauncher as an independent project.

4.6 Promotional Codes

Occasionally, we may distribute promotional codes that grant free access to Premium features for a limited time.

5. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the Application updated and accessible, but we do not guarantee that the Application will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may make updates and changes to the Application at any time without prior notice.

To ensure the best performance and security, we recommend keeping the Application updated to the latest available version.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Application. By using the Application, you agree to the processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Walo de Cole be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Walo de Cole and its licensors, service providers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Application.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
